Distressed driver left with suspended license after someone else racked up fines

A Cheltenham man says his license has been suspended after failure to pay for petrol, and repeated speeding fines, but he claims it wasn’t him.

Anton says a different driver with a similar looking car and identical registration is responsible for the fines.

“I called up Fines Victoria and they said there was about seven fines in total at the moment,” he told Neil Mitchell.
