‘Doing harm’: No campaigner hits out at welcome to country rituals before major events

No campaigner for the Voice to Parliament and president of Recognise a Better Way, Gary Johns, has hit out at welcome to country rituals before major events, claiming they’re “doing harm” and a “form of intimidation”.

Mr Johns believes welcome to country rituals can still be done from “time to time”, but needs to be done by a person of that area.
