Donald Trump’s Ukraine attack labelled an ‘absolute disgrace’

Donald Trump’s attack on Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelensky has been labelled an “absolute disgrace” as the war in the region rages on.

In a post on social media platform Truth Social, the US president falsely accused Ukraine of starting the war against Russia, while describing Mr Zelensky as a “dictator”.

Association of Ukrainians in Victoria director Eugene Hawryszko said on 3AW he was incensed by Mr Trump’s controversial comments.

“It’s an absolute disgrace,” he said on 3AW Breakfast.

“We’re disgusted with his comments.”
