Apparently ’tis the season to dump your unwanted crap, and so piles of unwanted trash disguised as hand-me-downs are popping up across Victoria.

Frankston High School grounds looks more like a rubbish tip thanks to overflowing donation bins.

Kensington train station is a mess.

Southern Cross Recycling Group chief executive, Enzo Bruscella told Heidi Murphy illegal dumping is a massive problem right across Melbourne.

“It’s driven by an increase in fast fashion if you like, last year our organisation took 12 million kgs of clothes from our facilities,” Enzo said.

“It is expensive (for his company) but more importantly the community needs to take some responsibility for action that is illegal.”
