Dozens of logging trucks converge on Melbourne protesting Heyfield Mill closure

Logging trucks are converging on the city to protest the closure of the Heyfield Mill.

It’s reported over 50 trucks from Gippsland are to be parked on Spring Street this morning, traffic chaos is expected.

The truckies will then join workers from the Heyfield Mill at Trades Hall around 11am. 

Motorists making their way into the city are advised to seek an alternate route.
