Dozens of Western Bulldogs sleep at Whitten Oval to line up for finals tickets
It’s been another dramatic morning for footy fans trying to get their hands on finals tickets.
Saturday’s preliminary final at Spotless Stadium was the major talking point, with less than 25,000 tickets available for the clash between GWS and the Western Bulldogs.
Many trying to purchase tickets experienced issues with the Ticketmaster website.
But that wasn’t the only problem.
Robyn said she’d ordered two tickets online.
But that’s not what she got.
‘We’ve got three tickets,’ she explained.
‘All of our friends have also got an extra ticket.’

Dozens of die-hard Bulldogs fans camped outside Whitten Oval to avoid the risk of online problems.
Those fears appear to have been vindicated.
Jackie and her 83-year-old mother were among the first to arrive at 8pm on Sunday night.
She told 3AW Breakfast at 6.30am on Monday she hadn’t slept but didn’t want to risk missing out.
