Dr Michael Carr-Gregg’s tips to deal with Christmas stress
Dr Michael Carr-Gregg shared some tips on Wednesday to those concerned about how they’ll handle the stress of Christmas.
The leading child psychologist said it was important to take care of yourself, regardless of family and friend expectations.
“It’s not an easy time of year for a lot of people,” he said.
He also shared his famous “four present rule” for kids.
