Dramatic dashcam footage captures the moment a rogue tyre struck two vehicles

A driver has been lucky to avoid an accident after being struck by a rogue tyre on Tullamarine Freeway.

The tyre struck two vehicles last Thursday afternoon, after bouncing over the concrete dividing barrier.

The tyre grazed the side of a car, before slamming straight into the front of another vehicle.
