Driver busted watching movie on his phone while driving
A man has been fined $476 after he was sprung watching a Steven Seagal movie on his phone while driving.
Police at Heidelberg approached a car at the intersection of Lower Heidelberg Road and Banksia Street on Monday morning.
They spotted a mobile phone on his lap.
After walking to up to the window and observing the screen for a few seconds, the policeman recognised the driver was watching a Steven Seagal action movie.
The 35-year-old Glen Iris man was one of eight drivers caught on the phone by police within half an hour.
