Driver rescued after getting stuck in floodwater

A driver has been rescued after her car became stuck in floodwaters at Altona Meadows.

Several callers alerted 3AW Drive to the incident on Monday.

The car got stuck in the water off Merton Street.

Fire crews were needed to rescue the driver.
