Dyson Heppell says John Worsfold would be a ‘great fit’ for Essendon as coach

Essendon gun Dyson Heppell says John Worsfold would be a ‘great fit’ for the Bombers as coach.
But he admits any decision is out of his control.
Heppell was part of an Essendon contingent that flew to Adelaide last week to meet with Worsfold as the club begins its search for James Hird’s replacement.
Heppell told 3AW he was impressed by the 2006 premiership coach.
‘He’s a great man, John,’ Heppell said on Sports Today.
‘It was great meeting him and having a bit of a chat.
‘I think he’d be a great fit for the Essendon footy club, if he decides to coach again.’
The reigning Crichton medallist also gave his tip for this year’s best and fairest.
