Elderly woman injured after Emerald motorhome collision

A 70 year old woman has been airlifted to hospital after she was struck by a motorhome in Emerald this morning.

A word on the street caller told Tom Elliott this morning the motorhome also crashed into a Reece’s plumbing.

“How it got there, I don’t know,” he said.

Caller Andy, later told Jacqui Felgate, the main street of Emerald remained closed off hours after the incident.

Police revealed in a statement it’s believed the motorhome rolled down the street with the owner assisting police and the Major Collision Investigation Unit are investigating.
