There were 1420 new locally-acquired cases across the state.
There are 525 people in hospital with COVID-19 in Victoria, 94 of those are receiving intensive care.
53 people need a ventilator to breathe.
There are currently 14,410 active cases of coronavirus across the state.
There were 36,542 vaccine doses administered at state-run hubs yesterday and 71,451 test results received.
Reported yesterday: 1,420 new local cases and 0 cases acquired overseas.
