Elise McCann on the Groundhog Day musical and choosing between law and theatre

Elise McCann has discussed her new musical Groundhog day, choosing between law and being accepted into the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and her app.

She discussed being torn between going into law or going to NIDA and the encouragement her mother gave her.

“I really thought I’d be a journalist, or a lawyer, or something in that vicinity,” she said.
