‘Everybody is scared’: No complaint made over North Richmond incident

Police say no official complaint has been made over an incident outside the North Richmond drug facility.

3AW Drive was told on Thursday a woman had been attacked by two men, who claimed she was taking photos.

“She was very upset,” the witness said.

“She said she was just going about her business, talking to parents and children about the injecting room and whether they wanted it there.

“I think as a community, everybody is very scared and this just illustrates the point.”

Police investigated the matter, however, no official complaint was lodged.

The victim was uninjured as a result of the incident.
