Exclusive: UK anti-trans activist to launch defamation case against Liberal opposition leader John Pesutto

United Kingdom anti-trans activist, Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull, will be launching a defamation case against John Pesutto, after he made comments after a rally she hosted was gate-crashed by neo-Nazis.

She exclusively told 3AW Mornings his “harmful” comments have caused issues for her and her family.

“You can’t say, really, quite despicable, disgusting lies about somebody in order to silence them and intimidate them,” she told Tom Elliott.

There are reports the defamation case has been the catalyst for a leadership spill, with reports the opposition is having a party meeting tomorrow.
