Expert says socialising Melbourne train network ‘not that simple’

Public Transport Users Association spokesperson Daniel Bowen explained the effects of socialising the train network in Melbourne.

RTBU are actively investigating the potential for ‘socializing’ the train network, which would put it back under public administration.

“I don’t think it’s that simple … It doesn’t necessarily guarantee you good outcome,” he said on 3AW.
