Expert warns small business, drivers caught up in ‘pathetic’ council bureaucracy

Drivers have reportedly been incorrectly fined by faulty parking sensors in Moonee Valley City Council.

Council Watch President, Dean Hurlston says, the only option for those impacted is to dispute the fine.

“The reason this is such a big issue, is the bureaucracy of councils is so pathetic at dealing with these issues … most of the time they just say ‘Nope, your appeal is denied’,” he told Jacqui Felgate.
