Experts warn of working from home downsides

The Fair Work Commission will soon be deciding on whether or not to make working from home a legal right but questions have been raised about the downsides to it.

Employment and workplace expert, Rebecca Fraser, says the professional productivity skills learned happens in the office.

“It might be now, you spent a decent amount of time in the work force, you collaborated with others, you learnt how to manage your time … because you had to work with others,” she said.
