I GOT TRUFFLES OF MY OWN: Now an annual event, Danny Pasta will hold his 3rd annual Truffle Dinner on Saturday August 5th at the unique Mission to Seafarer’s domed event space ‘Norla Dome’.
He’s teamed up with Regina Vino, for some award-winning wines to match with each expertly-crafted dish – you’ll get canapes and four courses with matching drinks and plenty of truffle for $165 per person.

I DUMPLING DO: Melburnians do love their dumplings, and Oriental Teahouse is happy to oblige – they’re running a Dumpling Degustation event on Thursday 27 July.
They’ll be serving up 25 different dumplings – think wild mushrooms and lobster, black bean Angus beef or green curry lamb dumplings, as well as some of the classics.

LIKE GETTING NECTAR OUT OF A STONE: Social media darling Nectar and Stone is back for a second consecutive year in the form of a high tea pop up at Aria Bar and Lounge at The Langham, from Monday 24 July until Friday 4 August.
For that fortnight, N&S’s 393,000 Instagram followers can feast on Caroline Khoo’s pretty and pink edible art – like pink ombre cupcakes lemonade macarons or popcorn chocolate with Murray River pink salt flakes.
