Program reporter Alyssa Allen has told Tom Elliott that Glen Waverley is popular with Chinese buyers due to the good Feng Shui of the area and the apparent positive energy flowing from Box Hill.

The positive energy combined with a selection of good schools in the area make it an alluring place for Asian families to reside, and it’s not unusual for students to live alone as they study.

Alyssa told Tom Elliott that the area has a population of 39,000 and was a prime area for mansions, with the median house price being $1.3 million.
