Finals ‘absolutely’ the aim for Essendon, says coach

Matthew Richardson was given one challenge on Sportsday on Wednesday night – get John Worsfold to lift the finals lid on Essendon.

And we reckon he just about passed!

“That’s absolutely our aim,” the Bombers coach said of finals on 3AW.

“We’re challenging ourselves to be more consistent with our best footy and we think if we can do that, that will deliver us enough wins to get there.”
