>>> Fake it til’ you make it – act like a motivated person until it happens
Sam says he is a big believer in goal setting, but there are ways to do it.
‘Not making the goal too big, too long term, making sure it’s specific to you and even breaking that goal down into little one week goals.
‘Before you know it it’s amazing what you’ve achieved.’
