Fixed payment credit card option introduced

Ross Greenwood speaks to Alan Machet the Citibank MD of Cards + Consumer Lending about a fixed payment option for credit cards.

One way the system works is if a person has an individual purchase for more than $500, they are allowed a fixed payment plan at reduced interest rates.

‘The point is to give customers control,’ Mr Machet said.
