Flaming garbage dumped on Frankston church lawn

A truckload of flaming garbage has been dumped outside a Frankston South church.

Grant told Neil Mitchell he saw the load catch fire before it was dumped.

“They’ve emptied the whole truck load of rubbish on the Connect Church,” he said.
