Footage released of frightening road rage incident on Toorak Road, South Yarra

Vision has emerged of a frightening road rage incident at South Yarra.

The mobile phone footage shows a man in a blue shirt yelling at the driver of a silver Volkswagen on Toorak Road on Sunday afternoon.

He then punches him.

Police said the victim – a 53-year-old Toorak man – then got out of the car in an attempt to get the registration of the offender’s car.

But he’s then been punched another four or five times.

Police have called for public help identifying the offender, who was a passenger in a silver Honda Civic.
