Footballers turn to ballet treatment for tendon injuries

People don’t usually see many similarities between AFL football and ballet. 

But when it comes to treatment of tendon injuries, footballers and ballet dancers alike are turning to tendon neuroplastic training, or TNT.

Monash University’s Dr Ebonie Rio told Ross and John she is ‘very confident’ the new treatment avoids the need for surgery.
