Former Boroondarra mayor doubles down on ‘narcissistic’ comments

A former mayor has doubled down on her comments about narcissistic residents.

Psychologist and councillor at Boroondarra council, Jane Addis, says there’s been a documented increase in narcissistic attributes in her residents.

“I wasn’t calling them narcissists, I said there is a documented increase in attributes that could be described as narcissistic attributes … I was trying to explain to the vice-president of council watch why it is we’re seeing an increase in people’s dissatisfaction,” she told Neil Mitchell.
