Former senior Victorian minister on the ‘surprising but not shocking’ resignation of Daniel Andrews

Former senior Victorian Labor minister, Lisa Neville has discussed the “surprising but not shocking” resignation of Daniel Andrews.

She says Victoria is “stronger and fairer” following Daniel Andrews’ nine years in the role of Premier, and only he knows if it was the right time to step down.

“These jobs take a huge toll, they really are, they’re 24/7, and particularly being Premier through very difficult times,” she told Tom Elliott.
