Free degrees for aspiring teachers slammed by expert

The state government has announced a new program today where those who study to become a teacher could get their degree for free.

Education consultant and author, Cheryl Lacey, says the program is just a ‘band-aid.’

“In this instance, won’t even, at it’s best, see any outcome until, 2026,” she told Tom Elliott.
