‘Frightening the kids’: The street art dividing Franskton

A piece of street art has divided Frankston.

The striking mural has been painted on the side of a building by well-known street artist SMUG.

It’s a huge skeleton, which has attracted a positive response from many on social media, but the Frankston Leader reports some residents believe it is “grotesque” and even “frightening to children”.
