‘Full of adrenaline’: Kew resident provides vivid account of drama after alleged carjacking
Kew resident Charlie has provided a vivid account of a frightening alleged carjacking that happened yesterday.
Two men have been charged over the incident that happened at knifepoint near Ruyton Girls’ School in Kew, and the resident stated the carjacker ended up in his backyard later that night
“My street had more cop cars than probably the Car City sales yard,” Charlie told Ross and Russ on 3AW Breakfast.

“There was a critical response team coming into my house with machine guns, the dog squad and they finally arrested the two alleged carjackers in our neighbours back garden,” he added.
“You never think this kind of stuff is going to happen in your back garden.”
