Vince said the side’s comeback last week showed the growth in maturity of this new crop of players.
He also said Jesse Hogan loves Melbourne, and hopes the club creates an environment Hogan will want to play in.

Collingwood CEO Gary Pert spoke to 3AW Football before the game.
Pert said he thinks long-term contracts for coaches will be phased out, and that Nathan Buckley will probably only get one-year extensions from here.
He also backed Eddie McGuire’s comments about Buckley as something ‘anyone would want their President to say’.
