Hawthorn ruckman Ben McEvoy insists the Hawks are still a key player in 2017.

McEvoy spoke to 3AW in the rooms, saying they take no notice of speculation that the club’s era is over.

‘People can wonder all they like, we still know what wins games of footy,’ McEvoy said.

‘We’ve got no doubts we’re good enough to match it with the best.’
