A corporate strategist has weighed in the discussion around International Women’s Day and what women want.

She says she wants women to know they’re not a victim of their gender.

“I want younger women and younger generations to stop being told that they can’t advance unless they have a quota or something that advances them,” she told Tom Elliott.
