Geoff Brown tells Neil Mitchell why he’s downing the tools to start a farm career

There’s aren’t too many people who would take up a career in the diary industry at the moment.

But Geoff Brown isn’t one of them. 

He is swapping his job as a handyman for life as a diary farmer.

Mr Brown and his wife Yvette are moving to a farm near Rochester.   

He told Neil Mitchell on Friday he is returning to his roots. 

‘I think as long as we can survive the next couple of years we will be ok,’ he said.
