‘Get them home sooner’: Coalition pledges speed limit increase for Melbourne to Colac stretch

The Victorian Opposition is set to announce a major shake-up to regional speed limits, pledging to increase the maximum speed limit on the Princes Freeway.

Speaking to 3AW Breakfast’s Ross & Russ, Shadow Minister for Roads and Road Safety Danny O’Brien says the speed increase “will save people time, it will make it a more attractive place to live, good for freight, good for business efficiency”.
