Good Friday football looking likely for 2017

Ross and Russel

The AFL Commission are expected to make the call about Good Friday footy this week.

A 4pm game is expected to be scheduled, possibly between St Kilda and the Bulldogs.

Ross and John spoke with Caroline Wilson about the proposal.

‘I do think it will be a Melbourne/Victorian club.’

‘I personally don’t like it, I like the fact it’s an AFL tradition that we don’t have a game on Good Friday.’ – Caro told 3AW Breakfast.

The AFL are yet to decided if it will be a fixed team match, or change each year.

‘It would be great to give it to a club that doesn’t have a big game.’
