Good Friday football has served up a cracker, with the Dogs winning by three points.

Lindsay Thomas had a chance to steal the win on the siren, but his flying snapshot sailed wide.

The Good Friday crowd was 42,814.

Kangaroo Ben Brown was the game’s leading goal-kicker, with four majors.

Key position Bulldogs Tom Boyd are Travis Cloke will be monitored after suffering injuries during the game.

Boyd missed most of the game with concussion symptoms, while Cloke took a heavy hit late in the piece.

Tony Shaw said the Bulldogs are feeling the absence of Dale Morris.

‘He’s been practicing for two weeks!’ Jedd’s mum, Nicole, said.

Macmillan will be wearing Jedd’s name on his boots today.
