The Age is reporting that Victoria’s incoming tobacco licensing system could cause a new challenge for inspectors.

Former Australian Federal Police detective, Rohan Pike told 3AW Breakfast, “They’re going to change their methodology to make it much harder for these inspectors.”

“Good luck to them chasing down the thousands of stores that are going to be selling it,” Pike continued.
