Good Samaritan bashed after intervening in Chapel Street assault
Police have released images of four men after a good Samaritan was bashed in Melbourne’s inner south-east.
The victim, a 37-year-old St Kilda man, tried to intervene when he saw a group of males assaulting a man at the intersection of Chapel and Victoria streets just before 6am on February 12.
The offenders then allegedly turned on him, kicking him in the head and leaving him with facial injuries and a concussion.

The offenders fled on foot north-bound on Chapel Street.
