Good Samaritan injured during knife struggle in Melbourne’s west
UPDATE: A man has been arrested and a Good Samaritan slashed with a knife following a disturbing incident at Williams Landing.
Justine called 3AW Drive on Friday to report the news on Overton Road.

Police have since confirmed a man, allegedly armed with a knife, had threatened a woman known to him just before 3pm.
The Good Samaritan intervened, overpowering and disarming the man.
He suffered a “minor” laceration to his hand during the struggle and was treated at the scene.
The woman wasn’t hurt.
A 44-year-old Point Cook man was arrested and taken to hospital under police guard.
