Graham Ashton shares his thoughts on damning AFP report, highlighting culture of sexual harassment

Victoria Police chief Graham Ashton admits he ‘shook his head’ following the release of a report which exposed an endemic culture of sexual harassment and bullying in the AFP.

Chief Commissioner Ashton, who has previously worked with the AFP, said he wasn’t surprised.

‘I know from my own experience over the years it’s been a male-dominated culture,’ he told Neil Mitchell.

‘It’s something that we have wanted to turn around.’
