Grass fire breaks out in Melbourne’s north

An advice message has been issued for a grass fire in Mickleham.

This grass fire is travelling from Old Sydney Rd in a southerly direction towards Mickleham Estate.

More than two dozen fire trucks are on scene and a water bombing helicopter has been deployed.

The fire is now under control and the threat is reduced.
