Grattan Institute issues the ‘big challenge’ in transitioning to nuclear energy

Nationals leader David Littleproud has admitted he is open to a new nuclear power plant in Queensland, as the Coalition make a push to change from coal to nuclear energy.

Director of the Energy Program at the Grattan Institute, Tony Wood, believes there’s “still a long way to go” to make the transition, admitting it will be a “big challenge”.
