‘Great pity’ as negotiations to bring world-famous ABBA concert to Melbourne break down

Negotiations to bring a world-leading virtual reality ABBA concert to Melbourne have broken down.

The state government have been in long-running talks to bring ABBA Voyage – a hologram event which has delighted audiences overseas – down under.

But according to Russel Howcroft on The Rumour File, all negotiations have now been called off.

“All discussions on ABBA … it ain’t going to happen,” he said on 3AW Breakfast.

“It’s done. It’s a great pity.”
