Greens push for government to subsidise transition out of gas

The Greens will look to strike a deal with the federal government that would see a completely subsidised transition to electric power for households.

Adam Bandt told Tom Elliott Australia’s reliance on gas appliances was unsustainable, but costs were prohibitive when it came to replacing gas systems in the home.
