Gunman remains on the run after shooting at at police in Dandenong North

A gunman remains the run after police were shot at in Dandenong North.

It follows a series of incidents on Tuesday morning in the area.

Police attempted to pull over a car on Stud Road at Dandenong North, but the driver refused to stop.

When police sighted the car outside a block of flats on Stud Road, shots were fired from the premises before two men fled.

No-one was hurt.

A 31-year-old man and a 44-year-old man were arrested at the scene, another woman was also taken into custody. 

Police are still hunting a third man.
