‘Hate speech’: Tom Elliott fired up over planned October 7 protests

Tom Elliott has labelled planned protests on the one year anniversary of the October 7 attacks as “hate speech” which shouldn’t be allowed to take place.

The 3AW Mornings host believes a permit system should be in place to stop divisive protests such as the demonstrations planned for next Monday.

“If we needed an example of hate speech or hate activity that is it,” he said on 3AW.

“To celebrate the killing of others is something that should not be tolerated in this state.”
