Hawthorn hit hard by injury
Cyril Rioli is set to miss at least two months with a knee injury.
And things only get worse for Hawthorn.
Defenders Ben Stratton (bone bruising) and James Frawley (turf toe) have both suffered injuries expected to keep them sidelined for at least a month.
The Hawks confirmed the news on Tuesday.
“He (Rioli) could miss anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks, unfortunately,” club performance manager Andrew Russell said.
Stratton is expected to miss 4-6 weeks, while Frawley could miss anywhere up to eight weeks.
